During our session you will be gently guided into deep relaxation through movement, meditation, breathing techniques and music. The accompanying music, calming affirmations and gentle touch will help you to fully engage with your breathing journey. Through conscious, connected breathing without pauses, you reach deep states of consciousness that allow you to connect with your inner essence and release emotional blockages and inner stress. Malena Harig is a Holosomatic® Breath Coach, mindfulness and meditation teacher who has herself experienced deep healing and transformation through working with the breath. Her mission is to support people to explore their inner world and get back in touch with their inner self to create a new awareness of the connection between body, mind and soul. She firmly believes that by mastering our breath, we can unleash our full potential and is excited to accompany you on this transformative journey.

How to prepare for the session:
Please wear comfortable, warm clothing, as body temperature may change during the session.
Please find a space where you can be uninterrupted for the duration of the session.
Please prepare your space before the session. You can lay out a Yoga mat, use cushions and prepare a blanket.
Please bring a blindfold or t-shirt to cover your eyes to stay fully present during the session.
Please bring a pen and something to write in, your journal
Please do not have any large meals or coffee 2 hours before the session.
Please do not consume any alcohol or other substances 24 hours before the session.
