Deep transformative guided Holosomatic Breathwork Sessions need time to integrate in between and shouldn't be practiced daily. Depending on your individual needs and situation, we recommend practicing Holosomatic Breathwork 1-3 times a month with a minimum of one week integration in between. Combined with a personalized daily routine, Breathwork can significantly enhance your progress and overall health.
