Welcome to Waves Within:
A space for self-discovery and inner transformation
Hi, I'm Malena, the heart and founder of Waves Within, and I'm deeply passionate about guiding and supporting individuals on a journey of self-discovery and inner transformation through the art of breathwork and mindfulness. Why? Because I experienced the immense potential of these techniques first hand, helping me to heal and overcome my anxiety and face all the emotions I've been literally running from for a long term. For years I've been working remote, traveling the world only to realize at the some point, that I was running. Running away to face and heal the turmoils that were going on inside of me. Occasioonaly, I've been practicing Yoga and Meditation before, but after I stumbled into my first breathwork session, I understoof for the first time with every cell of my body, why all these practices truly exist, and how much change and healing they can provide. My nervoussystem felt completey rested and restarted, my heart was filled and overflowing with love and the deepest form of compassion and gratituded just by onw hour of breathing. How is that even possible? I became fascinated by the power of breath, and started to learn as much as I could about breathwork, the body mind breath connection as well as its roots in Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness.
Inspired by what i have learned and expereinced with breatrhwork and mindfulness, the vision for Waves Within was born. I've personally witnessed the profound impact these practices can have on well-being and personal growth, helping me through hardship, inspiring me to create a space where others can experience similar shifts in consciousness and vitality.
