My Story
I know what it costs to look free on the outside and feel scattered on the inside.
At 22, I couldn't wait to start my design career. I'd raced through university, ambitious and driven, certain I knew exactly what I wanted. And then my first real experience of that world pulled the ground out from under me: I didn't like the job. I didn't like the whole construct of it. Everything I'd worked so hard for, sped through uni for, quietly collapsed – and the years that followed brought me to a real low. If this wasn't what I'd always wanted, then what was?
So I went the other way. I found people creating and living differently – remote, free, on their own terms – and I built exactly that life. Working from the beach, surfing and travelling the world, one adventure after the next. From the outside it looked like a dream. And still, every few months, the same quiet emptiness came back. I'd simply traded chasing success for chasing freedom – always the next place, the next project, the next experience – and kept losing touch with myself, running from everything I'd never learned how to feel.
Then came my first real breathwork session. I walked in fresh off an anxiety attack, the kind that used to leave me stuck in my head for days. An hour later, something had shifted. My nervous system moved from chaos to calm, and for the first time in years I felt fully connected to myself again.
That session gave this work its name: Waves Within – because the waves don't stop. Life keeps moving, feelings keep coming. The work isn't to make them disappear. It's to learn to move with them, instead of drowning in them or running away. Today I know what I want: to feel alive, light and present – to actually enjoy my life, especially on the hard days. I'm not perfect. But I'm finally home in myself. And that's exactly the space I create for others now.
WHY THIS WORK
Most approaches work on the mind.
I work with the body.
For years, I tried to think my way back to myself – therapy, coaching, endless personal development. It helped me understand why I felt the way I did. But understanding wasn't the same as changing. Because the mind is very good at keeping you functional. It's not so good at helping you feel alive again.
Real change came when I stopped working only with my head and brought in my body, my breath, my nervous system. Through Holosomatic Breathwork and somatic practices, I help you reach what the mind can't – the stored stress, the emotions, the parts of you that went quiet along the way. Not to fix you. But to bring you back to yourself. Centered. Connected. Alive.

From designing experiences to guiding them.
MY BACKGROUND
Before this work, I spent years as a UX/UI and Product Designer, crafting digital experiences for leading brands. In design, we obsess over making things work better – clearer, calmer, more human. Somewhere along the way I started asking: what if we approached our inner world with the same intention?
Because I kept seeing the same pattern, in the teams around me and in myself. Stress, overthinking, burnout, disconnection. It wasn't just hurting how people performed. It was quietly shaping their entire experience of work, and of life.
Most of us learn how to succeed long before we learn how to feel safe, present or truly connected to ourselves. That realization is what moved me from designing outer experiences to the inner one, the foundation of Waves Within. The same care we bring to a product's clarity and flow, we can bring to our own nervous system.
Since then I've trained deeply in Holosomatic® Breathwork (400+ hours), yoga & meditation, and practical psychology-based coaching. But the training matters less than the fact that I've lived this. I'm not guiding you from a stage, I'm walking next to you, a little further down the same path.
You've built a life that works. Now you want to feel it again.
WHO I WORK WITH
I work with people who carry a lot and hold it together well, founders, freelancers, creatives, high achievers, and the quietly sensitive ones behind the driven exterior. From the outside, things look good. But your mind rarely switches off, rest doesn't quite feel like rest, and somewhere along the way you lost the thread to what you actually feel and want.
You're not looking for another productivity hack or a weekend of forcing yourself to relax. You want to come back to yourself and build something steadier that holds beyond a single good session.
If any of this sounds like you, you're in the right place. Whether we meet in a workshop, at the day retreat, or 1:1 – this is where we begin.

OFF THE MAT
A glimpse into my life
When I'm not holding space for clients, you'll probably find me chasing wind on a kiteboard, surfing somewhere in the ocean, exploring in my self-converted camper van, or soaking up the messy, vibrant energy of Cape Town.
These are the places I feel most alive and the ones that keep reminding me what all of this is really for. Not to perform a perfect life, but to actually be present for the one I have.
